Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 - 22:00 (Israel time). Tickets opened outside these hours are answered on the next working day.

Help us help you faster

  • The script name and version, and your framework (QBCore, Qbox, ESX or custom).
  • The exact error from the server console (F8 for client errors), as text or a screenshot.
  • What you changed in config.lua, and the other resources involved (inventory, target...).
  • For purchase questions: your Tebex transaction ID (tbx-...). Never send us card details or passwords.
