These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the LegendScripts websites: legendscripts.xyz, the store at store.legendscripts.xyz and the documentation at docs.legendscripts.xyz (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by TODO: full legal name of the store owner or company ("LegendScripts", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale & License and our Refund Policy.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 16 years old to buy from the store or to post content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only buy with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. Sign-in
We do not run our own password accounts. You can sign in to the store with your Cfx.re account (through Tebex) and you can sign in with Discord to post a review. Those services are run by third parties and their own terms apply. You are responsible for activity carried out through your accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or other users' data; interfere with the Site's operation (including by automated scraping at a volume that affects performance, or by attempting to bypass security or rate limits); upload or post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content; impersonate others; or use the Site to distribute malware or spam.
4. Reviews and other content you post
You keep ownership of the reviews you write. By posting one you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in our marketing, together with your Discord display name and avatar. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may decline, remove or moderate reviews that break these Terms, but we do not remove reviews just because they are negative. You can ask us to delete your review at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and documentation are owned by or licensed to LegendScripts and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may read and print pages for your own use. The scripts themselves are licensed, not sold - see the Terms of Sale & License.
FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto and related marks belong to their respective owners. LegendScripts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
6. Third-party services
The Site links to and relies on services we do not control, including Tebex (checkout and payments), Cfx.re (delivery of purchased assets), Discord (community and sign-in) and YouTube (videos). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue parts of the Site, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site; the date at the top shows the latest version.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.
