These Terms of Sale & License apply to every purchase from the LegendScripts store. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
1. Who you are buying from
Our store is a custom storefront for our Tebex webstore. Checkout is provided by Tebex Limited, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record: Tebex processes your payment, issues your receipt, collects applicable sales taxes and handles billing support. When you pay, you also accept the Tebex Checkout Terms (opens in a new tab) and Tebex Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Tebex's company details are on the Tebex Impressum (opens in a new tab). LegendScripts (operated by TODO: full legal name of the store owner or company) is the creator and licensor of the scripts and provides delivery, updates and support.
2. Product information and prices
Each product page describes the script, its requirements and the frameworks it supports. Prices are shown in the store currency and include all costs we charge; applicable taxes are calculated by Tebex at checkout and shown before you pay. Sale prices are the real price reductions configured in the store and show the price before the sale. If we make a pricing error we will contact you before your order is fulfilled where possible.
3. Placing an order
To buy, add products to your cart, sign in with the Cfx.re account that should receive the scripts and complete the payment on the Tebex checkout. Your order is accepted once Tebex confirms the payment. You will receive an email receipt from Tebex.
4. Delivery
Scripts are digital content delivered automatically to the Cfx.re account you signed in with - usually within minutes - under Assets > Granted Assets in the Cfx.re Portal (opens in a new tab). If a purchase has not appeared within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.
5. Your licence
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the script on FiveM servers whose license key belongs to the Cfx.re account that owns the purchase, and to modify the open (unencrypted) files - such as configuration, locales and bridge files - for those servers.
You may not: resell, share, leak, sublicense, rent or give away the scripts or any part of them, in original or modified form; attempt to decrypt, decompile or bypass the Cfx.re asset escrow protection; or claim our work as your own. Breach of the licence ends it immediately and may lead to the purchase being revoked without refund, and to legal action.
6. Asset protection
Our scripts use the official Cfx.re asset escrow system. Encrypted files only run on servers using a license key from the Cfx.re account that owns the purchase. Server owners must use their own key; we cannot transfer purchases between accounts outside the tools provided by Cfx.re.
7. Subscriptions
Some products may be offered as subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from the Tebex payment portal (opens in a new tab) - access continues until the end of the period already paid. See how to cancel a subscription.
8. Updates and support
Updates to scripts you own are free and are delivered through the same Cfx.re Portal entry. We provide reasonable support for using our scripts as documented, through our Discord server and by email. Support does not cover extensive custom development or third-party resources we did not create.
9. Chargebacks and fraud
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us or Tebex first - we will help. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in the purchased licences being revoked while the dispute is open. Fraudulent purchases are cancelled.
10. Conformity and liability
Scripts are provided as described on their product pages and in the documentation. If a script does not work as described on a supported, correctly configured setup, tell us: we will fix it, and if we cannot, the Refund Policy applies. FiveM and the frameworks we support are developed by third parties and change over time; we are not responsible for breakage caused by third-party changes, but we aim to update our scripts promptly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the country where they live. Questions: legal@legendscripts.xyz.
