Cfx.re Portal & escrow
Your purchases are delivered to your Cfx.re account and protected by the official FiveM asset escrow.
Download your purchase
- Open the Cfx.re Portal (opens in a new tab) and sign in with the Cfx.re account you used at checkout.
- Go to Assets > Granted Assets. Each purchase appears there within a few minutes.
- Download the newest version, extract it into your
resourcesfolder and addensure <resource>to yourserver.cfgafter its requirements.
How escrow works
The core files of our scripts are encrypted with Cfx.re asset escrow. They only run on a server whose sv_licenseKey was created by the same Cfx.re account that owns the purchase. Config, locales and bridge files stay open so you can customize them.
Common errors
| Error | Fix |
|---|---|
You lack the required entitlement | Your server key belongs to a different Cfx.re account. Create a key on the account that owns the purchase in the Portal (opens in a new tab), or transfer the asset. |
Failed to verify protected resource | The files were changed or uploaded incorrectly (for example by an FTP client in text mode). Download again and upload in binary mode. |
| Resource does not start after an update | Replace the whole folder with the new version but keep your edited config.lua; check the changelog for new options. |
| Purchase not in Granted Assets | Make sure you are signed in to the same Cfx.re account you used at checkout. Still missing after 24 hours? Contact us with your transaction ID. |
Transfers
Most assets can be transferred to another Cfx.re account from the Portal. If you are stuck, open a ticket on our Discord and include your transaction ID.
