Manage or cancel a subscription

You can cancel any subscription yourself at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open the Tebex payment portal

The payment portal shows every purchase and subscription made with your email address across Tebex stores.

Cancel in four steps

  1. Open the payment portal (button above).
  2. Enter the email address you used to pay and confirm the code Tebex sends you.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Choose Manage on the LegendScripts subscription and confirm the cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email from Tebex. Paid via PayPal? You can also cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account under Payments > Automatic payments.

What happens after cancelling?

  • No further payments are taken.
  • Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law - see the Refund Policy.
