Payments

How payments work

Every payment is processed securely by Tebex, the official monetization partner for FiveM.

Secure checkout

You pay on the Tebex checkout. Your card details go straight to Tebex and its payment providers - we never see them.

Many payment methods

Credit and debit cards, PayPal and many local methods, depending on your country.

Receipts by email

Tebex emails your receipt with the transaction ID (it starts with tbx-). Keep it for support.

Who am I paying?

Tebex Limited is our reseller and merchant of record. Your bank statement will show a Tebex descriptor. Tebex collects the correct sales tax / VAT for your country and shows it before you pay.

Currency

Prices are set in the store currency. If you pay in another currency, Tebex or your bank converts it at their exchange rate, so the final amount on your statement can differ slightly.

The checkout step by step

  1. Add scripts to your cart and press Checkout.
  2. Sign in with the Cfx.re account that should receive the scripts (use the account your server key belongs to).
  3. Accept the terms and pay on the Tebex checkout.
  4. Download from the Cfx.re Portal - see Cfx.re Portal & escrow.

Problems with a payment?

  • Payment declined - check the card details, try another method or contact your bank. For security reasons Tebex cannot always tell us why a payment was declined.
  • Charged but nothing in the Portal - wait 15 minutes, check you are logged in to the same Cfx.re account, then contact us with your transaction ID.
  • Charged twice / billing questions - contact Tebex customer support or our support team.
  • View all your payments - use the Tebex payment portal or My purchases.
