How do I receive my script after paying?
Purchases are delivered automatically to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. Open the Cfx.re Portal, go to Assets > Granted Assets and download the resource. It usually appears within a few minutes.
What is escrow / asset protection?
Our resources are protected with the official Cfx.re asset escrow system. The core files are encrypted and only run on servers whose license key belongs to the Cfx.re account that owns the purchase. Config, locales and bridge files stay open so you can customize everything.
Which frameworks are supported?
Every script supports QBCore, Qbox and ESX automatically, and ships with a bridge folder you can edit to connect any custom framework, inventory, target or notification system.
Do I need extra resources?
Some scripts need ox_lib and oxmysql (the documentation of each script lists its requirements). We never require any of our other paid scripts.
Are updates free?
Yes. Every update to a script you own is free and is delivered to the same Cfx.re Portal entry - just download the newest version.
How does payment work?
Checkout is handled securely by Tebex, our official reseller and merchant of record. You can pay with cards, PayPal and many local methods. Tebex sends your receipt by email.
Can I get a refund?
Because scripts are digital content delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once delivered. If something does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us - see the Refund Policy for the details and your statutory rights.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Tebex payment portal (link on the Subscriptions page and in your account), sign in with the email you paid with, open the Subscriptions tab and choose Manage > Cancel. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I move a script to another Cfx.re account?
Transfers between Cfx.re accounts are possible through the Cfx.re Portal for most assets. If you need help, open a ticket on our Discord.
